1. What do I need at my venue?

A big enough space for a small dance floor (our family and guests loves to dance). A table for the DJ. A place for the bridal party to change.

2. What about the menu?

Any menu will work with our shows. Some places have a buffet with about 4 items. Salad, Pasta, a meat dish and veggies. Wedding cake is NOT necessary, most people like cookies for dessert. Some venues prefer to serve family style others a table served 5 course meal.

We run our show as if its a real Italian wedding. The first course or buffet begins after the priest says Grace. We perform between courses and during. The food can be served before the show.

3. What is a standard format the night of the performance?

Our manager will show up a couple of hours before curtain (showtime) to set up the DJ equipment and props. Once the guests arrive they are usually seated by a member of your staff. If you choose to have a cocktail hour our DJ will play light music. When all your guests are seated and are enjoying a cocktail we will begin the show. Through out the night we work closely with your coordinator to make sure it all goes smoothly. The show runs about 3 hours from the time the guests arrive.

4> What about selling the tickets?

We can help with that if you like. We have our website where we will advertise your show and we can provide and manage an internet box office for you. We accept all major credit cards. Or you can do it yourself. Which ever you are more comfortable with.
